At BESTELINE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our IPTV service, we offer a 24-hour refund policy from the time of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of making the payment and clearly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Valid Refund Reasons
- You did not receive your subscription details within the promised timeframe.
- The service did not work at all despite proper installation and troubleshooting with our support team.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If the service was working and you simply changed your mind.
- Issues caused by your internet connection, device incompatibility, or third-party applications.
- Requests made after 24 hours of activation.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by contacting us via email at support@besteline.nl. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
