Shipping Policy

At BESTELINE, all of our products are digital IPTV services. Therefore, there is no physical shipping involved. After successful payment, your subscription details will be delivered electronically.

Delivery Method

Your IPTV subscription credentials will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your IPTV activation details within 1 to 6 hours of your confirmed payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12 hours depending on server load or manual verification.

Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your subscription within the expected time, please contact us immediately at support@besteline.nl or via WhatsApp.

Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses or phone numbers.
